Let me tell you 'my' story. It pays to be nice to your boss! I worked for a very intelligent, sometimes nice - sometimes not so nice man, in the real estate industry, for almost 20 years. He was a Broker and a Builder, who built multiple homes from the Keys to Marsh Harbor in the Abacos. He recently passed away and left me (and my Chef husband) his personal dwelling - a 3-story, Keys/Nantucket style home, surrounded by White Rocks/Shells, w/an extensive dock (almost like a cul-de-sac). One side is 100', the other about 50' w/a boat lift. He knew this was our 'Happy Place' whenever we came to visit him after he retired. There are tons of Coconut Palms and Royal Palms on the property - VERY cool house, and neighborhood, for that matter. Absolutely FABULOUS Sunsets! We do not own a boat (love boating though), so, we thought we would share this truly "Magical Place" w/others who may have a need to store their boat in a private, protected, secure location w/ electricity and water included (w/in reason). Long-term preferred. No live-a-boards, only an occasional night or two.
