New construction boat slips (4 available) located in Pitt Bayou off the much desired waters of East Bay, minutes away from Tyndall AFB. Offshore power/water included in rent. Three slips can accommodate 27-30 foot vessels, max beam 12′ ($320/mo) and one slip can accommodate a 35-50 foot vessel, but narrow beam of 10′ ($380/mo). Water depths are approximately 6 to 12 feet. Dock is high above the water (5′-6′) dependent upon tide, so please take this in to consideration for your boat’s elevation.

NO LIVE ABOARDS allowed, but weekend stays are acceptable, not to exceed 10 days per month. Slips are located on double waterfront lot with a primary residence adjacent to the slips, NOT affiliated with the slips, which privacy is to be respected. Designated parking only. Minimum seven month lease only. Deposit is the same as the rent.

Getting Here

From Panama City, heading East on E. Hwy 98 (Tyndall Pkwy, toward Tyndall AFB), within a mile after the Bus 98 merger and curve, turn right onto Fleming Street, about 200 yards past the Ivy Rd traffic light.
From Tyndall AFB, heading West on E. Hwy 98 (Tyndall Pkwy, toward Panama City), within 1.4 miles, turn left (median turn lane) onto Fleming Street.
On Fleming Street, proceed approximately 70 yards (Do Not proceed through iron gate). Turn left onto dirt lane and proceed around curve (approximately 50 yards to gravel parking area just on the right side of 6 foot brown privacy fence. Private residence on the right side of property (grey octagon house - not associated with dock rental)

Why are there multiple rates?

Short Term Stays

Short term rates are used for any stays less than 30 days. When booking a short term rental, your booking request will be immediately sent to the listing host. If they approve your request, they will instantly issue an invoice which can be paid on your end to lock in the booking. Dock Skipper handles the payment between the listing host and the renter and can also assist in any issues or disputes that arise from a stay.

Long Term Stays & For Sale

Long term stays are considered 30 days or longer. 'For Sale' listings are just that, listings on the market for a new permanent owner. In either case, the listing owner will advertise their requested monthly rate or sale list price. When you request to book or for more information, Dock Skipper connects you to the listing host, informing them of your interest. The listing host then has the ability to follow up with you directly and work out specifics, answer additional questions, and complete payment through whichever means you both agree. Dock Skipper does not act as a facilitator or in between party on long term stays or for sale listings.
