Does Dock Skipper charge a fee on my listing?

Dock Skipper charges a small fee to place your listing on our website.  Once your listing is live, Dock Skipper does not charge a fee for any long term rental arrangements made outside of the Dock Skipper platform.  If you wish to accept short term rentals where Dock Skipper acts as an intermediary, collecting payment on your behalf, Dock Skipper charges at 12% processing fee. The 12% will be deducted from the payout.
