Hi There: I am the owner of this little duplex with a newly renovated dock lift on the property. This house is a rental property where I host Airbnb guests and an annual tennant who are wonderful people. I have been a boater my entire life, growing up on boats and instructing sailing. I am also a mother of 3 wonderful kids. I spend part of my time at my own home in Delray Beach, and the other in Toronto. I have a handy man and lift service company who maintains and services the lift. The lift has just been updated with a complete 2000$ upgrade.
