Private Dock with ease of access to the intercoastal. Beautiful area to explore from the Currituck Sound and points north through Norfolk Harbor and south all the way to the Caribbean. Large enough for a 75′ boat sailing vessel with a draw of 5 feet. Water and WIFI is available and super friendly host that you might catch in the act of grilling and/or smoking. Come stop by for a night, or stay for a month.
Easy entrance through the Currituck Sound, Tulls Bay and mouth of the Northwest River. After entering into the mouth of Northwest River look to left for canal opening (deep water). Turn boat left and enter into the canal. There is a bend at the beginning to the left and then straight up the canal. My property and moorage as directly to the right when entering into the community. You can pull right on up and sound horn when arriving. During summer the canal is active but smaller boats will back out to allow larger boats to come in.
I am happy to meet with guests and familiarize them with the area. I also love to cook and grill so there is always a chance you catch me grilling or smoking when you stop by and I always love to share.
I also have WFI available
The Surrounding Area
You will be coming into a quaint waterfront community. That keeps the charm of the country but still close to major harbors (Norfolk and The Outer Banks). Just south is fueling at the Currituck Marina (about 20 minutes by sail boat less for power boat). If you need access to grocery or other essentials arrangement can be made for transportation. We have the deepest canal access on the Currituck Sound.
