Location, location, location!!!!! East Pass Marina is a private marina at the end of Holiday Isle and is in the center of EVERYTHING!!!! Take your boat fishing or to restaurants, bars, snorkeling or just chillaxing at Crab Island. There’s even water taxi service available. The slip is also front row seating for the famous Destin Fireworks Shows.

Our rate is $100 per night or $500 per week. Contact us to book. The slip has your choice of lift or in water docking and can be rented with or without our penthouse condo at East Pass Towers.

Getting Here

If traveling by water, we are located just inside Destin East Pass in Destin Harbor. We are the first marina on the right.
If by vehicle, we are at the end of Holiday Isle. You can use public parking there or take a water taxi over.

The Surrounding Area

Destin is called "the world's luckiest fishing village", in part because of its immediate proximity to deep water and is home to the largest fishing fleet in Florida. Destin Fishing Rodeo is world famous and consumes most of October. Fresh catches include red snapper, amberjack, grouper and many others. The fishing fleet is located at Destin Harbor where you can join them for a fishing trip or use your own boat.
Destin has many amazing restaurant options for serving both fresh seafood and many other choices. Take in the views while dining at the award winning Marina Café or take a short drive to Sandestin for Emeril Lagasses’ Coastal Italian. More casual options and delicious hand baked desserts can be found at The Donut Hole in a diner style setting. Harbor Walk is a great place to spend an afternoon or evening walking around checking out the sites, grab some dinner, or have some drinks while watching all the activity or spectacular sunsets. Some great Destin Harbor Walk restaurants for casual dining (some with music) are Dewey Destins for Colossal Shrimp & Boshamp's for outdoor dining with live music.
Looking for some adventure? Take your boat, charter our yacht, Happy Hour, rent a pontoon boat or wave runner or take a water taxi from our marina to Crab Island, an underwater sandbar where you can anchor your boat and enjoy some fun in the sun. It's a must do in Destin! You can also rent a floating Tiki Hut!! Even more adventurous, try snorkeling the jetties (just down the the beach from the condo), parasailing, a stand up paddle board or a private seaplane tour.
For those who want shopping, Destin features Silver Sands Premium Outlets which was ranked by the Travel Channel as the best outlet mall in the United States. Destin Commons is an open-air destination featuring more than 90 stores, restaurants and even a movie theater.
If golf is more your style Destin offers many options from the World Class Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort courses to local public courses that will challenge your handicap.
