Why am I being asked to fill out a tax form?

If you earn over $600 in a calendar tax year where Dock Skipper handles the payment (short term bookings) and are subject to U.S. taxes, you will be required to fill out a tax form so we can report your earnings to the appropriate government authorities.  If and when that time comes, you will be requested to fill out the form that pertains to your situation and we will be available to answer any further questions you may have.
